WHAT WE ARE WORKING ON

Cases to fund are chosen by the supporters of The First Amendment Project.  We cull newspapers and rely on our network of supporters to keep our finger on the pulse of what is happening across the United States relating to First Amendment rights.  When we encounter something of possible interest we send the issue to our board of directors and if approved, on to our legal team for analysis.
