Most Recent 990

Form 990 is a United States Internal Revenue Service form that provides the public with financial information about our organization.

We will submit and publish our first 990 in early 2023.

The 501(c)(3) determination letter is proof from the IRS of our organization's tax-exempt status.

​Form 1023 is a United States IRS tax form, also known as the Application for Recognition of Exemption Under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is filed by nonprofits to get exemption status.

This document certifies that a Certificate of Formation for the corporation has been received by the Texas Secretary of State and has been found to conform to the applicable provisions of law.

A certificate of formation is the document that one must complete and submit to the state to establish the creation of a nonprofit corporation within the state of Texas. It sets forth the name of the proposed company, the registered agent for service of process, and the address of the place of business, among other information.

Our conflict of interest policy is intended to help ensure that when actual or potential conflicts of interest arise, we have a process in place under which the affected individual will advise the governing body about all the relevant facts concerning the situation.

Strategic Plan

A strategic planning process identifies strategies that will best enable a nonprofit to advance its mission.
