Your privacy is important to us. We will never never sell, share, or provide your contact information to any other organization, group, or movement.

We respect your need to control the amount of communication received and all correspondence, with the exception of donation receipts, will contain opt-out links to allow you to opt out of receiving future correspondence.
Info We Collect
We collect data in a few ways. The first is when you choose to sign up for our mailing list. When you sign up to receive notices from The First Amendment Project we promise to not share, sell, your contact information with any one.
The second way information about you is collected is when you generously make a donation. We collect the information required by our credit card processing company, Stripe, to verify and process your donation. Additionally, we collect the information needed to provide you with a donation receipt for your tax records and a thank you. Again, other than required by law (see below) we will not share, sell, or provide your personal information to anyone or any organization.
How we use Your Info
We respect your right to privacy and will not use your name without your express written permission. If your donation is over $5,000 in a single tax year we are required to provide your name and address on our IRS required Form 990. This form is required to be made public.

Your name, address, email, or other contact information will never be shared, sold, or loaned to any organization or group. We will use your contact information to provide you with updates on our activities - but all update marketing emails will contain an opt-out link should you desire to stop receiving marketing emails from us in the future.
